Fall craft project for kids: Autumn bouquet

Halloween is over but pumpkins are still in their full glory. Here is a simple art project that turns pumpkin seeds into colorful crafty flowers. We used store bought pumpkins seeds but you can roast fresh one for the same effect:).

You will need:

Chenille stems
Watercolors
pumpkin seeds
Craft buttons
Green florist tape
Hot glue gun

Let’s get started:

Step 1: Paint your pumpkin seeds with watercolors.

Step 2: Thread a chenille stem through the craft botton.

Step 3: Twist chenille stem to form the stem of the flower.

Step 4: Glue pumpkin seeds onto botton.

Step 5: Wrap stem with floral tape. (optional)
