Last weekend I tried testing a new toy with a friend’s daughter. We opened and used the awesome Textur’Art kit by MAPED CREATIV (read here for the post). We had so much fun that yesterday we decided to do it again! This time with a great toy by Joustra – their super Mandala Kit. In order to make something a little bit different, I pulled out our Sabiarelli sand and we colored our mandalas with sand rather than markers! We had some much fun making WINDOW ART using the mandala stencils by Joustra that I just had to share the project with you:).
Supplies:
Make window clings using stencils and sand!
Cut a circle out of the adhesive paper slightly larger than the mandala stencil.
Remove the paper from the sticky back paper and place under the stencil.
Pour on the first color of sand. Cover the images and the border of the sticky paper completely.
Pour off the extra sand. Lift the stencil off of the sticky paper.
Pour the second color of sand over the rest of the sticky paper.
Pour off the extra sand. Look how great the window art using the mandala stencils turned out.
Your Mandala window art is ready! Hang and enjoy the colourful effect in your room.
