After having fun with metallic colors and geometric shapes, we decided to create a batique inspired by the works of Gustave Klimpt. Glue, paint and a good wash are all you need to make this glittering GEOMETRIC BATIQUE.
You will need:
Fabric Scraps
Metallic paint
Washable school glue
Language development: glue, fabric, wash, paint, triangle, dot, square, line, rectangle
Let’s get started:
Step 1: Use the washable school glue to paint a mix of geometric shapes on a piece of fabric. Let dry.
Step 2: Paint with acrylic metallic paints. Let dry.
Step 3: Wash off all the glue and discover the geometric forms under the glue!
Have fun
Alison
