Halloween in America is the all time KID’S Holiday. What could be better than dressing up in a fun costume and getting lots sweets! This year my kids asked for more than just carving pumpkins. I did not think our Italian neighbors would appreciate having two ghosts knock on their door asking for treats so I decided to organize a creative HALLOWEEN treasure hunt. Spooky hints that led to a fantastic treasure filled sweets!
You will need:
Small cups
Hot glue
Glitter
Paper
Ribbon
Candy
Let’s get started:
Step 1: Paint your cuts black with acrylic paint.
Step 2: Make spider webs with hot glue. Trace an image of a spider web on a piece of paper. Cover with parchment paper.
Step 3: Trace with hot glue and cover while hot with glitter.
Step 4: Let cool and peel off of the paper.
Step 5: Glue onto black cup and fill with treats!
Step 6: To make spooky treasure hunt clues, tie a spider web onto your hint!
Bigger webs can be hung in your windows to create a glittery Halloween feeling.
Have a spooky great time!
Alison
