Crafts for kid: Paper Mache Turtles

You will need:
Paper mache paste
Newspaper strips
White paint
Colored Tissue paper
School glue
Google eyes
Yellow craft foam

English language development: turtle, eyes, legs, tail, shell, paper mache, newspaper, glue, tissue paper, brush, dry, cut, scissors, craft foam, balloon, cover, half, tear, smooth and rough

Let’s get started:

Step 1: Cover bottom half of small balloon with paper mache paste and newspaper strips. Let dry overnight. Repeat three times.

Step 2:
Remove the paper mache shell and trim top to make it smooth.

Step 3: Paint the turtle shell white and then cover with tissue paper and diluted school glue.

Step 4:
Cut out head, legs and tail from yellow craft foam. Glue onto the shell with hot glue and add eyes.
