Craft for kids: Homemade Cow pignata

If you can make a penguin pignata – how about other animals? Here is how we turned a paper bag into an adorable COW PIGNATA!

You will need:
paper bag
white tissue paper
Large google eyes
Black, pink and peach craft foam
Brown chenille stems
candy
hot glue gun

Step 1: Follow our post on how to prepare the candy and bag. Instead of covering with fringed black tissue paper, do the same thing with white tissue paper.

Step 2: Cut out black and pink ear shapes.

Step 3: Glue pink ear shape onto the black ear. Glue the bottom of the ear together as in the picture below.

Step 4: Make a horn out of a brown chenille stem by wrapping it around your finger.

Step 5: Glue on ears and horns and using a hot glue gun.

Step 6: Make eyelashes by fringing a piece of black craft foam.

Step 7: Glue on googles and eyelashes.

Step 8: Cut out an oval from peach craft foam. Cut out two small circles from black craft foam.

Step 9: Glue the nose onto the pignata.

Step 10: Cut out black spots from craft foam and glue onto the pignata.

Add a string so that you can hand the pignata up and it is party time!
